M&S publishes its first update on Plan A 2020 and how it creates sustainable value
The 2015 M&S Plan A Report is the company’s first update on its Plan A 2020 targets launched last year. The report is independently assured to AA1000AS and ISAE3000 and uses GRI G4 as an index. The Report also features an extended commentary from Jonathon Porritt on behalf of the M&S Sustainable Retail Advisory Board.
Forty seven targets have been met, 9 haven’t, 39 are on-track, 2 are behind-plan and a small number of brand new targets have yet to be started.

In addition, the 2015 M&S Annual Report is its second Integrated Annual Report and illustrates how all six capitals are managed within the M&S business model to create sustainable value for shareholders and other stakeholders.
