Boardroom Bound(R), is a 501(C)(3) national public service that fosters good governance in the 21st century corporate boardroom by A. matriculating independent, diverse director-candidates from its Boardology(TM) Institute and B. promoting them for corporate board service. Currently serving Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, St. Louis, San Francisco and Washington D.C., the nonprofit plans to expand into six additional cities. The Boardology(TM) Institute offers Boardology(TM) 400 - the Pipeline Seminar. The "early start" director-candidate development program is designed to help future generations of business leaders develop their bona fides for board service. Additionally, Boardroom Bound has established a national network of individual "Friends", supporters and national diversity advocate organizations that help fund the Boardology Institute, refer candidates and identify open board seats in the boardroom.
