Description

The mission of National Jewish since 1899 is to heal, to discover and to
educate as a pre-eminent healthcare institution. Our vision is to be the
global leader in research and treatment of respiratory, immune and related
diseases.
In addition to patient care and world-class research activities, National
Jewish offers a variety of beneficial services for corporations and their
employees and/or customers. A small sampling include: Environmental &
Occupational Health Science services; respiratory fit program, customized
industrial hygiene programs, medical evaluations, screening and
surveillance, OSHA compliance, lab services, 'walk-through' assessments.
Health Initiative services; customized and interactive weight management
and wellness programs, smoking cessation, onsit health fairs (spirometry
testing, literature, speakers) and more. The Environmental Lung Center
focuses on research and projects related to effects of air pollution,
indoor air quality and aerosol science. National Jewish is also renown for
its asthma, allergy and food allergy patient care programs and reseach,
along with pulmonary, mycobacterial and infectious disease management and
superior pedicatric services and care.
Unique to National Jewish is the Kunsberg School for chronically ill
children edcuation K-8 students on campus since 1912.
