The International Business Ethics Institute (IBEI) is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing public awareness and dialogue on business ethics, and to providing practical solutions to enhance ethical and responsible conduct globally. Founded in response to the growing need for transnationalism in the field of business ethics, the Institute is located in Washington, DC, with an affiliate office in London.

The Institute works closely with companies and other organizations around the world to assist them in establishing effective international ethics programs. The Institute’s customized approach moves beyond the traditional compliance-orientation to integrate broader applications of corporate integrity and company values on a global scale.
