ACCP: The Conference 2017 will take place on March 12-15 in San Antonio, TX. The theme for this year’s event is The Business of Corporate Responsibility.

The theme reflects the fact that Corporate Responsibility has become firmly embedded in how businesses operate. No longer is it viewed as an isolated, nice to do activity; it is now seen as an imperative. Add into that the expectation in many companies that the work being done has lasting social and business benefits.

“Unprecedented change in the US and around the world means business leaders are evaluating how to adapt and thrive in what is a rapidly evolving and complex environment,” says Mark Shamley, President & CEO of ACCP. “There has never been more opportunity nor more need for the work that Corporate Responsibility professionals undertake. While we believe that every year The Conference offers an opportunity for these professionals to expand their knowledge and form new relationships, this year its importance is even greater. The significance is reflected in this year’s theme – The Business of Corporate Responsibility. We know the bar is raised on what our people are expected to do. The Conference this year will help them meet those expectations with both actionable learning and creative new strategies.”

The Conference features Learning Labs, networking events and ACCP’s acclaimed The Masters’ Series. The full schedule for ACCP: The Conference 2017 is now available online.
