Mike will develop integrated reporting and integrated strategic management services to guide the Firm’s clients on tying environmental, social, and governance issues to financial performance.

After nearly 40 years of experience in industry and public accounting, Mike founded his own consulting firm to advise clients on integrated reporting. He is an accomplished writer of numerous published works, and is the co-author of the well-known “One Report: Integrated Reporting for a Sustainable Strategy,” and “The Integrated Reporting Movement: Meaning, Momentum, Motives and Materiality,” both with Robert G. Eccles. Mike is a sought after speaker and has presented at countless conferences, business forums, investor meetings, and stock exchanges around the world. He has also given expert testimony on integrated reporting to the U.S. Security Exchange Commission and the European Commission.
