YourCause, LLC, provider of CSRconnect Employee Engagement Platform, revealed continued plans to invest in platform enhancements with the launch of additional responsive design and application user interface components, while releasing details to clients related to the near-term plans for the mobilization of the platform. The ongoing enhancements align with the company’s Series A investment objectives and are materializing as a result of increased staff dedicated to manage design and user experience. 

With an unprecedented client retention rate of 93%, YourCause plans to continue streamlining the platform design for all existing and future clients partnering with YourCause for the use of the CSRconnect Employee Engagement Platform.   The growth in resources allows the company to more aggressively deploy features and functionality aligned with today’s user expectations, including multi-device access.

“We were impressed that so many of the original design elements have remained in tact over the past 7-years.  Though now, we are at the point where its time to ‘sunset’ certain design functionality and deploy fresh concepts and experiences for users – which we are now in a much better position to understands after the years of usage” stated Matthew Combs, Founder and CEO.   

Central to the user interface improvements is the addition of several new YourCause designers working exclusively on the visual design and user experience. Technical development has always played a large part in YourCause’s growth objectives, but this new attention to the visual presentation has already begun to payoff. The first weeks since the release of the most recent UI overhaul, application users reported a noticeable increase in functionality efficiency and a positive improvement in overall site experience.

Over the next three quarters of 2015, YourCause plans to release a series of new design elements for both existing and new functionality.  Clients will continue to be notified, monthly, of the changes while in-person events like client ‘office hours’ and ‘CSRworks’ conference will demonstrate and showcase all that is being achieved.
