This marks the third consecutive year the Company has accomplished this benchmark and has been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign as one of the "Best Places to Work for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Equality."

The CEI is based on a number of principles for equality and inclusion, including workplace practices and programs aimed to support a fully inclusive workplace for all.
