The recognition is for its corporate headquarters in Parsippany, N.J. The Company also took home the Grand Building of the Year Award for earning top honors among all winners.

TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive program in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. Wyndham Worldwide won its first TOBY at the state competition last fall, advancing to this week's regional competition. The Company now moves on to the international competition, which will be presented at the BOMA International Conference in Orlando, Fla., on June 24, 2014.
