During his talk, Ricketts will discuss the importance for HR, Learning and Talent leaders to embrace sustainability in employee development and engagement programs in order to address business challenges and risks posed by climate change and global warming. Ricketts, a former vice president and founding member of Saba Software (NASDAQ: SABA) is a well-recognized industry expert on enterprise learning governance, talent alignment and change management and has pioneered methodologies to embed employee-led sustainability efforts deeper into business functions and talent lifecycle processes.

The talk, entitled "Learning Does Have a Second Life" will address how organizations use learning to give employees the knowledge and tools to drive sustainability initiatives and align behaviors in response to emerging market threats and opportunities.
