The event will focus on the challenges and approaches to providing safe water to communities around the globe.

The Google Plus Hangout – a video chat located on AECOM’s recently launched Google Plus page – will feature thought leaders such as Ned Breslin, CEO of Water for People; Cathy Leslie, executive director of Engineers Without Borders; Gary Lawrence, AECOM vice president and chief sustainability officer; and Susan Leal, AECOM’s chief strategy officer and senior vice president for water in the Americas.

Promoting environmental awareness reinforces AECOM’s commitment to a sustainable future. This live event will allow AECOM employees, clients as well as representatives of governments and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) to listen in on meaningful dialogue with panelists, who will offer unique perspectives on sustaining safe drinking water in developing nations and highlight the importance of collaborating with NGOs and other organizations to help protect the environment. The Hangout will also be recorded and located on AECOM’s Google Plus page and YouTube Hangout channel.
