CHESTNUT HILL, Mass., Feb. 14 /CSRwire/ - Voting is now under way in Boston College’s fifth annual Corporate Citizenship Film Festival!

Each year the festival provides companies with an opportunity to demonstrate how they have utilized video as a communication tool to spread the word of their good work in corporate social responsibility. Seventy-Five entries were submitted into this year's festival showcasing how companies are having a positive impact in communities around the corner and around the world. Community involvement, economic development and the environment are just some of the topics which were touched on by the 2013 participants.

Public voting is now open on the Center website from February 14 through March 1. Once the voting period is concluded, the field will be narrowed down to 10 finalists. Last year’s voting period engaged over 25,000 employees; partners and members of the public to vote for their favorite story.

The 10 finalists will be reviewed by a panel of judges who will then choose the winning video.
