CHICAGO, Feb. 05 /CSRwire/ - The Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) invites you to an exciting event, the Certified Carbon Strategy Practitioner training. This exclusive event will be held in Chicago on March 7-8, and will be the only course of its kind held in 2013.

The Certified Carbon Strategy Practitioner addresses the needs of sustainability professionals looking to understand and create a GHG emissions measurement and reduction strategy, manage reporting with widely-accepted frameworks, and learn the techniques to create green products and services. Attendees will benefit from detailed knowledge of managing environmental and climate change issues. Our guest speaker for the event will be Menno Enters, Director of Energy and Sustainability at Walgreens.

Shortly thereafter, CSE will host its next Certified Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner Training in Toronto on April 18-19. This course will provide you with the tools necessary to develop sustainable strategies, implement CSR programs, and communicate performance, through sustainability (CSR) reporting methods.

These two-day courses focus on facing the challenges experienced by Executives, Directors, Managers, and other working professionals in the fields of sustainability, corporate communications, and corporate responsibility.

At our recent trainings, sustainability executives from corporations, government, and universities have joined us, including Hewlett-Packard, Unilever, Walmart, United Airlines, Honeywell, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Caesar’s Entertainment, Coca-Cola, BP, World Bank, Macmillan, and the University of Wisconsin.
