How to embed CSR into management processes

The 62-page business intelligence report outlines the many benefits of embedding sustainability into management processes.

The report, published by Ethical Corporation, reveals how leading companies are making the business case for corporate responsibility. It outlines how companies can identify the key business drivers where a more sustainable approach will help achieve more.

Through extensive research the report highlights how corporate responsibility influences best practice, from the world's leading practitioners, in key business areas including; HR, R&D, supply chains issues and stakeholder engagement. Every section of the report finishes with a CR checklist for that business area.

The intelligence report goes on to outline how the most innovative companies are using corporate responsibility and the sustainable business agenda to develop new income streams.

The report was compiled after eight months of research, a survey of over 100 members of the Ethical Corporation community plus in-depth interviews with leading professionals within the fields of corporate responsibility – including members of Ethical Corporation’s magazine advisory board.

The How to embed sustainability and corporate responsibility into management processes  report features case studies of and contributions from the likes of; Unilever, Alliance Boots, Marks & Spencer, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Kimberly-Clark, Petrobras, Bacardi, Arcelor Mittal, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux, Verité and many more

Sustainability expert Judy Kuszewski led the research and writing team for the report. She said: “We found how some companies are now properly integrating corporate responsibility and sustainability top-to-bottom through management processes. These are the companies that are truly serious about using corporate responsibility to maintain their dominant positions, or become the next generation of leaders.”

The report is currently being sold at the just launched price of £595, a £100 saving. To find out more information about the report and benefit from the discount saving, visit here.
