SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Apr. 30 /CSRwire/ - Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) today announced the promotion of Nick Fyntrilakis, head of Community Responsibility, to Vice President.

A Communications Consultant from 2002 to 2005, Nick was promoted to Director of Community Relations in 2005 and to his prior position as Assistant Vice President in 2008. This included acting as Chair of DevelopSpringfield and Co-chair of Rebuild Springfield to develop a comprehensive rebuilding plan for the tornado-impacted areas. Additionally, Nick has assumed a leadership role in working with the City of Springfield and the community to create and implement the State Street Alliance and State Street Redevelopment Program to help spur private development along the State Street corridor.
