Forming effective community partnerships and demonstrating the value of programs are key challenges for corporate community involvement professionals. The Carroll School of Management Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College offers a pair of courses that can help tackle these challenges.

Partnerships are an essential part of any company's community involvement efforts but how do you maximize their potential? Leveraging Your Corporate-Community Partnerships is a course from the Center for Corporate Citizenship that delivers what you need to make partnerships work.

Do you know your community involvement programs have value but struggle to demonstrate they contribute to the competitive edge, strategic goals or bottom line of your company? The Center’s course Evaluate and Measure Community Involvement provides what you need to show the value of your programs.

Instructors from the Center for Corporate Citizenship will be in Atlanta, February 15-17, presenting these two courses that can help corporate citizenship professionals answer their toughest questions. You just have to decide which one to tackle.

In the Leveraging Your Corporate-Community Partnerships course, participants will:

  • Examine the state of cross-sector collaboration
  • Learn how to build partnerships into community involvement strategies
  • Explore ways to identify and engage appropriate partners
  • Discover how to create and nurture partnerships that deliver on their promise

Participants in the Evaluate and Measure Community Involvement course will:

  • Better understand emerging trends and best practices in community involvement evaluation and measurement
  • Get tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness and value of programs
  • Learn how to overcome common measurement challenges
  • Discover how to leverage evaluation to make program improvements

Both courses make community involvement professionals more effective in their role as they take on their greatest challenges with new confidence. All sessions of both courses will be held in the Grand Hyatt Atlanta. Register by January 24 for a special hotel rate.
