CSRwire welcomes Marisa Rice as the new Vice President of Product and Business Development. A seasoned public relations professional, Rice brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge derived from her experience with a variety of clients in Chicago and New York City.

"We are delighted to have Marisa join the CSRwire team. Her diverse experiences and valuable perspectives will serve us well as we head into a promising and exciting New Year. I look forward to working with Marisa on integrating our clients' communication strategies with CSR initiatives and sustainability solutions,” said Jan Morgan, President, CSRwire

Rice’s career began at Medialink Worldwide, where she built her foundational knowledge of the PR and news industries, working with agencies and corporate communications teams on their broadcast media initiatives. Rice’s work at Medialink earned her a position on the Client Solutions team at the company’s headquarters. There, Rice garnered more hands-on experience with media production and distribution processes.

Her next stop was PR Newswire, where she perfected her knowledge of the newswire end of public relations and investor relations. It was while at PR Newswire that Rice developed a passion for corporate social responsibility, which is expressed in the enthusiasm, creativity, and integrity that she currently brings to her clients’ communications initiatives.

"Marisa brings a keen understanding of the products and services necessary to help facilitate communication professionals' messaging," said Joe Sibilia, CEO of CSRwire.

“Marisa’s role will be exponentially beneficial as we expand the scope of our offerings and member benefits. The CSRwire team strongly believes that the communication needs of our members are multi-fold and will continue to become even more complex as social, traditional and print media converge and Marisa brings valuable perspective on this convergence,” added Aman Singh, Editorial Director of CSRwire.
