/PRNewswire/ - Overstock.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: OSTK) today announced a grand prize trip to Malawi, Africa will be awarded as part of Worldstock's Nine Year Anniversary Giveaway. The 10-day, all-expenses-paid trip for two will be awarded on September 17, 2010, by a random drawing from all giveaway entries. To enter visit www.overstock.com/worldstock-anniversary.

The grand prize winner will have the opportunity to assist in building a local school which is funded by Worldstock's operations. Other activities for the winner include meeting with local Worldstock artisans and visiting African entrepreneurs and the Malawi Children's Village orphanage. Daily prizes will include $100 Worldstock gift cards.

Each day of the giveaway, a new question about Worldstock will be posted on the giveaway's contest page. Participants will search within the Worldstock store to find the answer. Qualifying entries will be eligible for the giveaway's daily and grand prize drawings. To qualify, participants must complete all required fields of the entry form and have the correct answer to that day's question. Participants may enter each day of the giveaway, scheduled to run through September 10, 2010, no purchase necessary.

Daily winners for $100 gift cards will be selected in random drawings held each day from among the entries made on that day. The grand prize winner will be selected from all entries submitted during the giveaway. In addition, customers can enter to win daily drawings for Worldstock product packages on both Twitter and Facebook.
