This timely session will address voluntary industry standard-setting and sustainability initiatives and concerns relating to global supply chains. The panelists will include senior environmental experts from Wal-Mart, Unilever, and Motorola.

Ensuring Compliance with New Clean Air and Climate Change Initiatives

A panel of environmental leaders will provide guidance on what to expect, and effective compliance strategies, as the Obama Administration pays particular attention to air regulation and to policies specifically relating to climate change. Attendees will hear insights from Lisa Heinzerling, E.P.A. Special Policy Counsel on Climate Change, and from industry experts from Kimberly-Clark, BP, and Shell. The session will be moderated by Michele Corash, President of the American College of Environmental Lawyers and a partner with Morrison & Foerster LLP.
