CINCINNATI - Key this week presented a $20,000 Key Foundation grant to the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in support of sustainability projects aimed at improving and consolidating the organization's governance, planning, and management.

The Freedom Center's sustainability gift programs bring together a variety of key stakeholders and provide an opportunity to embark on a rigorous process strengthening the programs and services provided both internally and through alliances with global partners.

Key's initial $500,000 Key Foundation grant to the National the Freedom Center's Lighting Freedom's Flame Capital Campaign in 2002 helped create the "Reflect, Respond, Resolve" exhibit, inspiring personal involvement in advancing freedom.

Situated in Cincinnati, Ohio on the banks of the Ohio River, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center celebrates the legacy of courage and multicultural cooperation embodied in the story of the Underground Railroad.
