Delray Beach, Fl. - Office Depot(NYSE:ODP) today announced that the company's fourth annual Success Strategies for Businesswomen Conference - Today's Challenge...Tomorrow's Triumph, taking place February 22-24, 2004 at the Boca Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Fla., has sold out. More than 1,000 small business owners, executives and entrepreneurs are expected to attend the keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking sessions and special events.

According to Jocelyn Carter-Miller, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Office Depot, the response to this year's conference -- which features keynote presentations by Hillary Rodham Clinton, Katie Couric and Mary Matalin -- has been overwhelming.
