This report builds on PotashCorp's 2003 effort, which was judged the best sustainability report in Canada by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
This third report, published annually, firmly establishes PotashCorp's commitment to developing and implementing sustainable business practices which it views as critical to its long-term success.
"Sustainability is good business. Therefore, our commitment to sustainability guides every interaction we have with our stakeholders," said President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Doyle. "This year's reporting effort demonstrates dramatic progress toward integrating this discipline throughout our organization and aligning our value system with sustainable performance measures."
