"Janice's knowledge of corporate reporting, the investment community and the issues facing investor relations and corporate communications professionals will help us to expand OneReport to meet the growing market need for data management, reporting and Web publishing services," said Jay Falk, president of SRI World Group.
Most recently, Ms. Warren was director of investor relations and corporate communications at FiberMark, a specialty materials manufacturer, and previously served as corporate communications manager. She joined FiberMark (then a division of Boise Cascade) in 1986, serving in marketing manager and account executive positions. Previously, she held marketing, public relations and program manager roles in corporate, nonprofit and governmental organizations.
Ms. Warren holds a bachelor's degree in governmental and legal studies from Bowdoin College, attended the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, France, and holds a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School, with concentrations in marketing and management strategy. She served on the Board of the Boston Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) from 2000-2004.
"Corporate sustainability reporting has grown nearly tenfold in the last decade to almost two thousand reports annually," notes Jay Falk, president of SRI World Group. "The initial emergence of annual environmental, health, and safety reports seen in the 1990s has evolved into much broader and more comprehensive corporate social responsibility and sustainability reports," he added. With the recent addition of Web publishing services to OneReport, Mr. Falk expects to tap growing corporate interest in the reporting and publishing of nonfinancial corporate information based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework.
