Aquatic Cellulose (OTCBB : AQCI), the world leader in underwater timber recovery, today announced a new alliance with Atlantis Wood Products Inc., of Detroit, Michigan. Atlantis has placed purchase orders for nearly $3,000,000 worth of AQCI’s new Amazon line of environmentally friendly Aqua flooring, decking and lumber.

"The alliance with Atlantis strengthens our growth plan by diversifying our product mix to include a complete line of building products offered in a wide variety of tropical hardwoods," said Gary Ackles, president and CEO of AQCI. "The orders will significantly enhance our front-end timber production capabilities at Tucurui by enabling us to additionally target lesser known
wood species for immediate harvest, processing and sales. Having achieved this important milestone, we are now one step closer to fully realizing our growth plan."

Wayne Zapczynski, vice president of Atlantis said, "Combining our centrally located distribution facilities with AQCI’s eco-friendly hardwoods is a great formula for success. With 245,000 square feet of warehouse and direct railhead access all under a single roof, Atlantis is well positioned to serve wholesale and retail customers in the Midwest and throughout the United States."

Mr. Ackles concluded, "We’re pleased that Atlantis has decided to enter the exciting underwater timber market with our eco-friendly Aqua products, and we look forward to offering their customers among the finest tropical hardwoods in today’s market."
