(MYNG, OTCBB) announced today that John Millar was randomly selected to receive a one-ounce nugget that the Company had recovered from its Cangalli, Bolivia gold mine during the week ended May 30. Mr. Millar was one of 2,113 persons who have signed up to receive Eagle E-mail Alerts, Eagle Fax Alerts and Eagle Regular Mail Alerts.

The Company received so many enthusiastic responses to its gold nugget offer that it is auctioning an additional classic, rugged gold nugget with a weight of 27.5 grams (one troy ounce is 31.1 grams) on eBay, with all of the proceeds going for the benefit of the Golden Eagle Hospital in Cangalli, Bolivia, as well as its Health Fair 2003 that will take place in August. Golden Eagle has provided many humanitarian programs at its mine site, including the only hospital, doctor and nurse in Cangalli, Bolivia, for the past six years. The Company has also sponsored annual health fairs in Cangalli during that period. Health Fair 2002, which included 38 doctors, interns and medical students, examined and treated 580 local patients free of charge.
