The Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College, a membership based research organization affiliated with the Carroll School of Management, is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Executive Education, a key senior leadership role.

Through its exeuctive education program, action research and peer-to-peer networking opportunities, The Center works with global corporations to help define, plan and operationalize corporate citizenship.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Executive Education is responsible for creating and managing programs which build the organizational capacity of businesses for corporate citizenship and disseminate research learnings to business leaders. The Director is a member of The Center's senior leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction of The Center.

Requires:
A motivated, energetic and committed professional with experience creating and delivering innovative executive education programs for U.S. based and international business audiences.

Candidates should have:

Proven ability to create and successfully market innovative programs and products.

Knowledge of the field of corporate citizenship and corporate social responsibility.

Strong selling, communication and platform skills.

Ability to diagnose business needs of clients and devise appropriate interventions.

Management experience.

Ability to recruit, manage and develop consultant staff.

Experience with distance and/or web based learning.

International experience and experience managing in culturally diverse settings.

Functional knowledge of principles and practice in adult education.

Ability to travel.

A masters degree or equivalent in business, human resources or education.
