Strategic Contributions
If your company makes contributions, how can you be sure that it receives real value for its investment? How can you link contributions to both the company's business interests and community needs?
In this program you will learn how to design a strategic contributions program that has a bottom-line impact on the company and integrates your contributions program into your overall community involvement strategy. You will examine the grants management process, budgeting and evaluation methodologies, and discuss related issues such as volunteerism and employee-directed programs.

In this program you will learn how to design and conduct evaluations for individual programs as well as your overall community involvement function. You will learn the key steps in the evaluation process, become familiar with different methods for conducting evaluations, and learn about best practices in evaluation and how to avoid pitfalls.
