There are only a few days left to take advantage of the early registration discount for the BSR Annual Conference, "Questioning Assumptions -- Changing Frameworks," Nov 1-4, 2005, in Washington, DC (www.bsr.org/conference).

This year's keynote speakers include McDonald's CEO and Vice Chairman Jim Skinner, BRAC Founder Fazle Hasan Abed (from Bangladesh), and NatureWorks CEO Kathleen Bader. The Conference will open with a World Café, followed by 30 interactive breakout sessions in Economic Development, Emerging Issues, Environment, Governance and Accountability, Human Rights, Public Policy, and Integrating CSR.

In addition, BSR will be offering pre-conference training sessions (advance registration required) on Nov. 1. Choose from sessions offered in Stakeholder Engagement, CSR: A Practitioners Toolbox, Supply Chain Management, or Sustainable Development for the Extractives Industry.
