New Ethics Training Program from VisionPoint Protects Companies and Employees

DES MOINES, Iowa - VisionPoint Productions, a leader in development of video-based training programs, today announces its important new program, A.C.T. with Integrity: Real Situations for Discussion proves to be timely and useful. This new program provides a vital grounding in business ethics, an important complement to any organization's legal compliance and employment law training.
A.C.T. with Integrity provides business ethics training that can serve as a vital complement to any business practices and legal compliance program. The video has been designed in a modular format that consists of twelve "discussion-trigger" case studies. Examples include possible conflict of interest; inquiries from regulatory agencies; software copyright infringement; and destroying documents in violation of company policy. After each scenario, there is an opportunity for the facilitator to guide employees through an analysis of the issues involved and a discussion of actions that could be taken to resolve each concern and maintain the organization's integrity.
Unethical behavior and legal violations by business, government and professions have been much in the news. People who received compliance training have still failed their organizations and themselves. "Most legal compliance training teaches do's and don'ts," observes Paul Shay, Vice President of VisionPoint. "That is an important part, but still only part, of a complete training program.
