LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 2006--KleenAir Systems Ltd, a leading provider of vehicle emissions management solutions today announced that Life Peer Dick Newby will be joining them as an Advisor on the implementation of corporate social responsibility environmental policies by various major companies. Lord Newby, Liberal Democrat Treasury Spokesman in the House of Lords, is Chairman of Live Consulting and advises organisations on their corporate social responsibility policies and the planning and implementation of CSR programmes, which bring together public, private and voluntary sector partners.
