The thrust of Bamburg's research, which will be conducted in part through the online forum, is the challenges values-based businesses face as they attempt to remain true to their values while undergoing growth and change. Questions to be addressed include how to find sympathetic investors; how to meet the scale challenges of marketing, distribution and manufacturing; how to embed the organization's values in its brand identity; how to maintain a values-based culture as the organization grows; how to insure that the firm's values commitment remains in place after the departure of the founder.
The forum will be held in the Public Forums area of the website of the Bainbridge Graduate Institute (BGI). To sign up, go to www.bgiedu.org/index.php?option=com_yanc&Itemid=79&listid=1&action=subscribe.
