Center for Responsible Business Upcoming Events Announced

BERKELEY, CA In today’s economic climate, issues of corporate governance have received a tidal wave of media attention. Yet there still remains a need to understand the substantive impact of these management issues on financial performance and stock evaluation. From September 14-16th, the Center for Executive Development at Haas will hold its 25th annual Berkeley Program in Finance in collaboration with the Center for Responsible Business. This session of the Berkeley Program in Finance will help you make sense of the current turmoil in financial markets, see where new opportunities may be found, stay abreast of new regulations, and learn how corporate governance will shape the future business world.

The program offers an exceptional opportunity to interact with leading corporate governance experts and distinguished faculty about the most critical financial aspects for decision-making. Led by Mark Latham and Terry Odean, Finance faculty at the Haas School of Business, the program will feature presentations by experts in law and finance from across the nation, including:
