Greg Schneider Joins Meadowbrook Lane Capital

Most recently, Mr. Schneider served as founder and CEO of a northeast payroll processing and tax administration firm, which he sold in 2004. The firm provided outsourced processing services directly to small businesses throughout the Northeast, as well as serving as the back room for a larger payroll processing reseller.
Prior to that, Mr. Schneider served as President and CEO of Corporate Staffing Concepts ("CSC"), which he founded in 1996. CSC was a Human Resource Management company providing payroll and employee benefits administration to employers throughout New England. Additionally, the firm provided HR consulting services focused on employee relations, retention strategies and compliance. CSC was acquired by TeamStaff (NASDAQ: TSTF), a New Jersey based staffing firm in January 2002. While at TeamStaff, Mr. Schneider held the position of Area Vice President for the Northeast region with overall sales and operational responsibility for the Professional Employer Organization division with annual sales of more than $50 million.
Before Corporate Staffing Concepts, Mr. Schneider was co-founder and CEO of International Research Communications ("IRC"), a medical and biotechnology educational company, which he sold in 1995. IRC developed, promoted and facilitated multi-day conferences focused on the latest medical and scientific advances in the diagnosis and treatment of specific diseases.

Mr. Schneider holds a Masters of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Massachusetts. While at the University he also earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. His wife, Sallie, is a breast cancer researcher at the Pioneer Valley Life Sciences Institute. They live in western Massachusetts with their two boys, Joe and Ben.
