NEW YORK - Mission Research, a leader in affordable software for non-profit organizations, and the United eWay organization, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Way of America, today announced a strategic alliance focused on improving fundraising efficiency for nonprofits throughout the United States. Mission Research and United eWay will work together to seamlessly integrate both companies' flagship products -- Mission Research GiftWorks and United eWay's Online Pledge Capture System -- making it possible for nonprofits to track and manage donations to their organization automatically.

"Mission Research has a proven track record with the United Way of New York City in delivering solutions focused on community impact," said Michael Bryzek, Director of Technology of United eWay. "With GiftWorks, Mission Research has shown that it can build well-designed software that anyone can use. Integrating United eWay with GiftWorks will make it much easier for nonprofit organizations to collect, manage, and analyze donations given online or offline -- all from one simple piece of software."

"We're pleased to join with the United eWay to better serve the nonprofit community with simple but powerful solutions. United eWay will be an important part of GiftWorks, which gives nonprofits easy fundraising management for only $299. And our team is excited to work with the eWay team to make this happen -- it's very inspiring to all of us at Mission Research," said Charlie Crystle, Mission Research CEO.

Mission Research GiftWorks is known for its combination of a well-designed interface and affordability, making it a natural fit for United Ways and their 55,000 affiliated nonprofit organizations. The software provides easy, reliable and affordable fundraising management that includes easy mailings with one-click labels and one-click letters, list management, instant reporting, donor and donation tracking and much more.

Mission Research GiftWorks is available for $299 from the Mission Research website. Work with United eWay has already commenced, and rollout is expected sometime later this year. In August, Mission Research will also offer customers of the web-enabled GiftWorks desktop a selection of online services including email newsletters and online donations.

"For nonprofits of any size, GiftWorks is truly a no-brainer: it's easy to use, full featured, and affordable," Crystle said. "Our GiftWorks nonprofit customers are fed up with high prices and difficult software. They are very pleased with GiftWorks, and we're pleased to serve them"
