Boulder, CO - The 2009 LOHAS Forum June 17-19th in Boulder, Colorado will offer a new dimension designed for investors and companies who seek growth capital in the LOHAS market.

The LOHAS Forum, the premiere business executive event focusing on the growing $209B LOHAS market, and Nutrition Capital Network, and organization that facilitates financing events to develop the next generation of successful brands in the health, wellness, natural/organic and green product industries, will present a new round of professionally screened companies to financial and strategic investors at the 2009 LOHAS Forum in Boulder Colorado.

LOHAS and NCN are now accepting applications from companies in the green products arena that are interested in the opportunity to present their business plan to investors. "We feel this is an excellent partnership." Says Ted Ning, director of the LOHAS Forum. "To have this type of investment focused event at the LOHAS forum is a great way for like-minded companies to meet and create relations that enhance the expansion of the LOHAS market." The deadline for applications is May 8th, 2009. Companies will be notified if they are accepted by May 15, 2009.

The LOHAS/NCN Investor Meeting will primarily be designed for companies at two stages:

*****First Round: Typically companies beyond proof of concept with revenues less than $5 million and raising outside or professional capital for the first time.

*****Second Round or Later Stage: Typically companies that have already raised structured capital, with revenues of $5 million or higher and looking for growth capital.

*****Although they are not primary focus of the meeting, Start-Up companies or those working on proof of concept are also welcome to submit a free application. Exceptional applicants in this category will also be considered to present at the meeting.

Where and When: LOHAS/NCN Investor Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 from 12pm-5pm at The St. Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder Colorado.
