Washington, DC--October 20, 2004--One week before the 2004 General
Election, the diversity of the American electorate will shine through as over 50 major corporations, 15 U.S. government agencies, women and minority entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations will come together to celebrate and champion diversity at the 11th annual Diversity and Women Leadership Summit and Gala on October 25th and 26th in Washington, D.C. This two-day event, hosted by Diversity Best Practices (DBP) and the Business Women's Network (BWN), spotlights business leaders from near and far who will share their success strategies and insight.

The Diversity and Women Leadership Summit & Gala features a world-class keynote line up including:

The culmination of the conference is the 4th Annual Diversity and Women Leadership Gala Awards Dinner. The Gala Awards Dinner will be held on October 26, 2004 from 6:30-9:30pm and will recognize business leaders who are proven champions and advocates of creating inclusive, respectful, and diverse corporate cultures.
