Waltham, MA --- The Ethics & Compliance Officer Association (ECOA), in partnership with Salary.com, has launched the 2006 ECOA Compensation Survey. The 2006 survey follows a similar survey done in 2005 which gathered compensation data for twelve ethics and compliance positions in over 100 companies, including thirty Fortune 500 companies.

"The ethics and compliance profession is rapidly growing and changing," said Keith Darcy, Executive Director of the ECOA. "Companies are realizing how increasingly important their ethics and compliance office is, not just to meet legislative requirements, but to build a culture of integrity within their organizations. The 2006 ECOA Compensation Survey will give companies the opportunity to benchmark against their peers and to have access to compensation data that has not been widely available until very recently."

The 2006 survey will gather data on fourteen different ethics and compliance jobs including Top Global Ethics and Compliance Executive and Top Domestic Ethics and Compliance Executive, and Corporate Manager, Ethics and Compliance. Participation in the survey is free, and all participants who submit their survey data by June 9, 2006 will receive a complimentary copy of the survey results.
