CARSON CITY, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2005--Stonebridge Resources Exploration Ltd. (NQB:SBGX) today announced that the Company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Toronto-based, Explorer's Alliance Corporation. The companies are 50%/50% partners in their first project, a recently completed drill hole program located in Robb Township - Timmins, Ontario.

This "Half Moon Project" encompassed an exploration hole totaling
392 meters. This drill hole was successful in delineating and confirming the extension of geology to the south and east. The joint venture partners plan to tests 24 previously-drilled holes and sections within the next 30 days for massive sulphite targets.
