CHESTNUT HILL, MA- When it comes to strategic philanthropy, how much strategic focus is a good thing? How have others managed to get their companies - particularly senior management - to buy in to the focus? How are practitioners using technology to facilitate the grants management process? Based largely on peer-to-peer learning, this intensive exploration of best and current practices from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship puts you in the pedagogical driver seat. You ask the questions. And your peers provide the answers with help from a Center expert. Learning will be enriched by a pre-program benchmarking survey. Participants will also have an opportunity to continue working together via a post-program online networking forum.
