AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 2, 2005--Fired Up, Inc., parent company of Johnny Carino's Italian, announced today that it will donate 15% of sales at all company-owned restaurants on Sunday, September 11, 2005 to the American Red Cross Emergency Relief Fund.

The contributions to the relief effort will come from the Fired Up Charitable Foundation and from Johnny Carino's Italian directly to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
