TEL Donates $250,000 to Katrina Disaster Relief Effort

TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2005--Tokyo Electron Limited
(TEL) has committed to donating up to $250,000 to the American Red Cross's Disaster Relief fund for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The company will make an immediate cash donation of $150,000, and match up to $100,000 from TEL employee donations made to the Red Cross.
