DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2006--Denver Mattress Company's annual charity alliance with over forty Rescue Missions throughout the U.S. comes as a welcome relief to the homeless and hungry this holiday season.
Denver Mattress Company will launch an in-store campaign designed to raise funds specifically for the Missions in cities where the retailer operates. The campaign will raise a combined total of $150,000 for Missions across the country.
The logistics of the in-store campaign consists of $20 being allocated for each mattress sold from the period of November 1 to November 23, 2006, to the campaign. The donation will be capped $150,000 nationwide.
In addition, Denver Mattress is underwriting a comprehensive direct donation fundraising and awareness effort specifically for the Missions. This will include both newspaper and television advertising.
