OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2006--Thanks to The Inaugural Trump/SHHRC Rider Cup, the Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center (SHHRC) in Oldwick, New Jersey will get a major boost to its fundraising efforts this year. In exchange for its commitment to sponsor the first golf tournament in 2006 at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, the Club plans to donate the event's proceeds to the Center to further support its cause.

"With the addition of an equestrian center at our club, we are excited to support The Inaugural Trump/Rider Cup," says Board Member and Chair of The Inaugural Trump/SHHRC Rider Cup, Harold Kamine. "With the Center's long-standing reputation as an important member of the exclusive horse population in this area and leader in the therapeutic riding field, we are especially grateful for the opportunity to further support the programs available to children and adults with disabilities, and plan to make this tournament an annual tradition."

Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster has been recognized by Golf Magazine, Golf Digest and Golf Inc. as among the best golf courses in the world since opening in 2004. Renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio designed the golf course, which is located in the rolling hills of New Jersey on a former 520 acre country estate, whose buildings have been converted to use as the clubhouse, locker rooms and golf shop. Among the amenities available at this family-oriented golf club are a magnificent pool complex with a 25-meter pool, tennis courts, equestrian programs, barns and trap shooting (opening fall 2006).

The tournament will take place on Monday, April 24, 2006. The event will commence with registration at 8:30 A.M., and will be followed by a riding demonstration by the Center's riders at Trump National Golf Club. Golfers will then enjoy a blue ribbon brunch before the noon shotgun start for golfing. There will also be a post-play cocktail reception at the clubhouse. With the tournament's proceeds, the Center hopes to increase availability at the Occupational Hippotherapy program with the addition of a licensed therapist to their staff.
