CHICAGO, IL – May 10, 2007 – Today, El Bravo Tamale Company, the industry’s first company to deliver certified organic prepared Mexican food, announced the launch and availability of three new product offerings – organic Black Bean, Chicken Mole and Red Chile Pork frozen tamales at the All Things Organic Show in Chicago. El Bravo Tamale’s products add new spice to today’s organic market – delivering authentic, certified organic Mexican prepared foods. El Bravo Tamale Co., was founded in 2006 by Matt Wernecke, with the mission to expand the world of Mexican cuisine and give health-conscious and food-loving consumers access to great tasting, organic food choices. The company was born out of deep rooted passion for Mexican culture – Matt volunteered and worked for the non-profit organization Amigos de las Americas in Ecuador, attended university in Guadalajara and met his wife Josefina during one of his frequent research trips to Mexico.
