Sustainable Life Media Receives Series A Funding from Well-Connected Group of Media Investors

BURLINGAME, CA - February 7, 2008 - Sustainable Life Media (SLM), a business-to-business media and event company, announced today that it has closed its Series A investment. The round was led by William Cobert, CEO, EBITDA Media who is set to join SLM's board in conjunction with the close of the round. Omid Rahmat, formerly CEO of tomshardware.com, Kevin Jones of GoodCapital.com, and other silent financial partners, each with significant experience and connections to different well-known media companies, add significant strategic and operational bench strength to the company. Sustainable Life Media will use funding for expansion and to develop additional market offerings. Collaboration with another EBITDA property, Green Media Enterprises, is also planned.

This initial round of funding follows the success of SLM's inaugural Sustainable Brands 07 event, growing readership of multiple online newsletters, and the recent announcement of seasoned sustainability experts as advisors. Founded in 2004, SLM has been at the forefront of the nascent and exploding eco-movement and helped mainstream business create value through innovation for sustainability.
