RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Every year, Ulanguzi
Creative Strategies, an award-winning integrated marketing and design firm, creates a holiday promotion true to its story-telling tradition and focuses on one of the year's important causes. For 2007, Ulanguzi's gift was no different.

The agency sent clients, partners and friends a fountain pen and set of sixteen custom-illustrated postcards depicting a Native American/First Nations parable of the Algonquian Peoples. The parable, which has been passed down through generations of the Abenaki tribe, is entitled Gluskonba and the Four Wishes and is based on their benevolent culture hero. Ulanguzi encouraged clients and friends to use the cards for sharing their thoughts and warm wishes in the spirit of the season. For the entire parable, card recipients are directed to the agency's website at http://www.ulanguzi.com/gluskonba.

Along with the postcards, Ulanguzi enclosed a pre-written letter which expresses heartfelt gratitude to members of our U.S. military for their continued service. Recipients were asked to sign and mail the letter to A Million Thanks or draft their own words of gratitude. A Million Thanks is a letter-writing campaign now in its fourth year, and has generated more than 2.6 million letters to our U.S. service personnel.

Ken Penkowski, Creative Director and Managing Partner at Ulanguzi, states, "We are particularly proud of this holiday gift because it encompasses so much of what Ulanguzi stands for. Through the parable itself, it shares the importance of storytelling; it encourages our clients, partners and friends to continue the communication by sending the cards; and most important, this gift communicates our deep gratitude to those men and women serving our country who are apart from their families and loved ones during the holiday season."

Dylan Bost, Managing Partner, adds, "This is the first time we have presented a gift where its true magic was in continuing to give it away. Our greatest hope is that our gift sends a ripple effect of kind thoughts and words across the miles and around the globe."

Additionally, on behalf of their clients, partners and friends, Ulanguzi and its Team Members made a charitable contribution of more than $6000 to the Armed Forces Children's Education Fund, which provides financial assistance for college to surviving children of U.S. military personnel who have lost their lives while serving our country.
