Recognizing the company's ongoing community commitment, LoopNet has received the "Impact of the Year" award for 2007 from the Entrepreneurs Foundation. This is the third year in a row that LoopNet was recognized for its commitment to a wide variety of philanthropic and community programs. In 2006 LoopNet was named "Company of the Year" by the Entrepreneurs Foundation, and in 2005 the group named LoopNet "Rookie of the Year."

Over the past year, LoopNet employees have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, the Glide Foundation, the Marine Mammal Center and Urban Sprouts. LoopNet employees also prepare dinners after work for over 50 homeless men and women every other month through a commitment to the Union Station Foundation. LoopNet fully supports employee volunteer efforts through company initiatives that encourage broad employee involvement, including charitable giving, as well as through corporate giving and sustainable business practices. Since its inception in 2004, LoopNet's Community Involvement program has contributed over 2,000 hours of volunteer service and more than $250,000 in cash and in-kind donations.
