BEACH CITY, OH -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/05/09 -- Progressive Foam Technologies, Inc., maker of Insulated Siding with Fullback Technology(TM), is partnering with HGTV's Matt Fox and Shari Hiller to bring homeowners the news about how insulated siding will reduce energy consumption. As spokespersons for the product, Matt and Shari are supporting the company's Project Energy dealer program by educating homeowners via TV and personal appearances, radio interviews, newspaper articles and the web on how insulated siding can reduce energy consumption, save them money and improve the look of their home.

Matt and Shari are best known for creating the first show to air on HGTV, "Room by Room." The program holds the record for the longest running decorating show with more than 350 episodes aired over 14 years. Through "Room by Room" and a nationally syndicated newspaper column, they introduced more than 90 million homes to their simple process of step-by-step decorating. They continue to inspire homeowners through their appearances, books and website, www.mattandshari.com, with decorating and creative projects and ways to reduce energy consumption.

"We're extremely pleased to have Matt and Shari supporting our Project Energy dealer program with the message about how homeowners can reduce energy consumption. Our partnership is one more way to help builders and remodelers reach their customers with the eye-opening facts about insulated siding," said Greg Duplin, vice president of marketing for Progressive Foam Technologies.

Duplin added that as the partnership with Matt and Shari expands, they will be working with additional sponsors to promote other products for the home that reduce energy consumption.

"It's a natural step for Shari and I to blend our decorating and home improvement tips with information about products that reduce energy consumption," said Matt Fox. "Homeowners increasingly want to know what they can do to save money and energy. In addition to making interior improvements, addressing the walls, doors, windows and roof of our homes can dramatically reduce energy consumption," he added.

Insulated Siding is available through a variety of premium siding manufacturers. Fullback Technology, the application of contoured, high-performance foam to exterior siding products, is manufactured by Progressive Foam Technologies in Beach City, Ohio. Visit
