West Coast Green, America's largest conference on green innovation for the built environment, is accepting product entries for progressive, resource-efficient, solution-based products, to be part of its "Innovation Pipeline" exhibit, an "Exploratorium"- like exhibit at West Coast Green, Fort Mason Center in San Francisco, Oct. 1-3.

The Innovation Pipeline showcase acts as a launch pad for companies with sustainable breakthrough products and technologies and provides a glimpse into a limited-footprint future. Past conference attendees have strolled through the signature event to find an appliance that creates drinking water from thin air, or a solar table that charges household electronics.

This year's emerging products include solar tracking skylights designed to follow sun and maximize daylight harvesting, and walls built from energy efficient materials such as straw and channel glass. From new-to-market tools to those who have yet to hit beta, every featured product serves a similar purpose at heart - to inspire and shape a smart, sustainable future.

Inventors and new idea-generators are encouraged to help invigorate the market by becoming involved. West Coast Green will be actively reviewing submissions until September 6, 2009 and will choose 50 innovators for complimentary inclusion in the event.

Businesses and individuals may submit their ideas for consideration at http://www.westcoastgreen.com/the-experience/innovation-pipeline.php.

"Innovation Pipeline" is one of 300 exhibits available to the more than 14,000 West Coast Green attendees. Additionally, the conference will spotlight 125 visionary speakers including Ray Anderson of Interface, Inc., Panama Bartholomy, Eric Corey Freed, Michelle Kaufman, Hunter Lovins, Gil Friend and many others. Registration options include student, spouse and partner discounts as well as group rates. Scholarship and volunteer opportunities are also available. To register, or for more information, visit http://www.westcoastgreen.com/register/ or call (800) 724-4880.
