MINNEAPOLIS, MN. - May 17, 2005 - Verisae, a web-enabled site and asset management software and services company, today announced it has entered into an agreement to provide asset tagging for Tesco PLC, the largest food retailer in the United Kingdom and fifth largest in the world.

Verisae will tag assets in more than 750 Tesco facilities during the next 12 months utilizing their proprietary software and tagging process. The asset data will be stored in an Oracle™ database in preparation for implementation of a new maintenance automation and asset tracking system designed to significantly streamline site and asset management for the leading UK retailer.

Each asset will be identified with a unique barcode and mapped on the building CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings to improve management of assets. Verisae will also provide digital photography of equipment and store areas that will be linked to the asset data and design drawings. This will improve asset identification and maintenance processes for Tesco.
